Henry Nimo, 38, from Belle Vue Road, Basingstoke, and James Ashong, 40, from Burney Road, Kings Lynn, Norfolk, faced the music at Winchester Crown Court on Friday 13 March.

Fraud and money laundering duo land in hot water

Nimo copped charges of money laundering, fraud by false representation, and making or supplying articles for use in fraud. Ashong was nailed for money laundering.

Both men were locked up for 27 months, sending a clear message that financial crimes won’t be tolerated.
