Warning after two attempted thefts of motorcycles in Northfleet

Kent police are probing the attempted thefts of motorcycles from two property in Northfleet in Kent this evening The brazen thief made one attempt and failed and shortly after made a second attempt at a second property in the Northfleet area just after 11pm. The hoodie clad thief was wearing a blue/navy adidas tracksuit and hoody around 5ft 11 in height of skinny build. When caught in the act and challenged by the owner the man made off towards Wallis Park. Police have yet to say if they have made any arrests. Owners around the area are being being warned to be on their guard and keep their bikes safe and secure. If you see anything suspicious than report it to the police on 101. If the thief is still at the property call 999.
