Camden, New Jersey – A 7-year-old girl is on the road to recovery after a horrifying incident in Philadelphia’s Camden’s Whitman Park neighbourhood on Thursday. The young girl was outside, innocently playing along the 1200 block of Chase Street, when gunshots rang out around 15.30.
