Beach Brawl Over Loud Tunes

An Aussie house DJ, Phikey, faced a shocking assault on a beach in Marseille, France, after blasting his set too loudly in the morning. His morning beats clearly didn’t sit well with one woman seeking some peace in nature.

Despite immediately switching off his music and trying to leave, the woman didn’t hold back. She hurled her coffee at him before whipping out a taser and attacking him as he made his escape.

Video Goes Viral – Then Vanishes

Phikey shared footage of the incident online, but it was quickly pulled from multiple platforms after the woman claimed she hadn’t given consent to be recorded or have the video shared.

“He hoped the best for the woman,” Phikey said, “but the authorities will handle this.”

The bizarre scene has sparked outrage and disbelief, with many sympathising with the DJ but also understanding why peaceful beachgoers want quiet mornings.

Phikey Fights Back – Police Involved

In an update under the YouTube video, Phikey revealed he’s handed the evidence to the cops. He blasted the woman’s attempts to erase the footage, calling her legal threats “a cover-up”:

“Documenting a criminal assault (taser use) in public is a matter of public safety, not a privacy violation. She’s trying to dodge the consequences of her own actions and play the victim.” “I’ve blurred her face, but let’s be real – this isn’t about privacy, it’s about accountability.” “The overwhelming support from the music community keeps me going. I’m more determined than ever to share my music with you all.” – Phikey
