Bomb Found After Being Thrown at House
Late Sunday night, police were scrambled to Havana Court, north Belfast, after reports a pipe bomb was thrown at a house.
Officers discovered the explosive device hidden under a car. The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) described the pipe bomb as “viable” and warned its proximity to a petrol tank made it extremely dangerous.
