Manchester United has secured the services of England forward Marcus Rashford for an extended period after he signed a new contract until 2028. The deal, worth £325,000 per week, was finalised after negotiations that had been ongoing for a while, as Rashford’s previous contract was set to expire in 2024.

Under the guidance of new manager Erik ten Hag last season, the 25-year-old striker experienced a resurgence, scoring an impressive 30 goals in 56 games. Since his debut in 2016 against Midtjylland, Rashford has found the back of the net 123 times in 359 appearances for his beloved club.
