A 19-year-old admits possession of bomb-making instructions in a chilling terror probe by Counter Terrorism Policing London.
Bomb Blueprints and Terror Docs Found
Dihan Rahman, from Southall, pleaded guilty to three terror-related charges at the Old Bailey on 6 February. The charges relate to possession of documents likely to assist terrorist acts, breaking Section 58 of the Terrorism Act 2000.
Police swooped on Rahman’s home on 15 March 2024, seizing phones, computers, and an encrypted drive. Forensic experts uncovered two videos detailing bomb construction and other terror materials on a USB stick.

On top of terror charges, Rahman admitted stalking two female pupils and a teacher at his school—adding a sinister layer to the disturbing case.
