London, UK – Muhammad Shanbaz Ghulam, a resident of Ilford, has been fined £166 by Bromley Magistrates’ Court after pleading guilty to driving without due care and attention. The court appearance follows an incident that occurred on October 31, 2022, when the 59-year-old was driving a Toyota Auris on Lewisham High Street and attempted to make a U-turn.
Ghulam failed to observe a bus approaching from the opposite lane, resulting in a collision between the two vehicles. The severity of the crash led to Ghulam being taken to the hospital by ambulance for treatment of injuries sustained in the incident.
During the court hearing on Thursday, July 13, Ghulam received a £166 fine and was ordered to pay £110. Additionally, he was given 5 points on his driving record
