Albanian Cocaine Dealer Busted and Jailed After NCA Sting in Brighton

Ervis Doksani Caught Red-Handed

Ervis Doksani, 22, a no fixed abode drug dealer originally from Albania, has been locked up for over three years after a National Crime Agency (NCA) investigation cracked down on his illegal activities in Brighton.

Armed NCA officers arrested Doksani on the evening of 2 October in Clarence Square following days of surveillance tracking suspicious drug meetings.

Cocaine Stash Found in Bizarre Hides

Officers recovered 12 deal bags of cocaine cleverly hidden inside a mint tin and a cigarette packet. But that was just the start.

A further raid on a flat where Doksani was staying on Dyke Road uncovered another 108 grams of cocaine, worth around £7,000, with some of the stash bizarrely hidden in a frying pan. Around £1,000 in cash was also seized.

Sentenced and Set for Deportation

Doksani pleaded guilty at Lewes Crown Court on 3 November to possession with intent to supply Class A drugs. On 27 November, he was sentenced to 40 months in prison.

He is expected to be deported after finishing his sentence.

Sara-Jayne Moore, NCA Branch Commander: “Our investigation established that Ervis Doksani was a drug dealer making money from supplying cocaine. Working with law enforcement partners, we are determined to disrupt organised criminals involved in peddling Class A drugs at every step and protect the public from this threat.”
