The 21-year-old, from the New Forest, is wanted by officers after he failed to return from police bail. It follow his arrest in connection with the theft of a vehicle. He is described as: 5ft 6ins, of slim build and with mousey brown hair. PC Alex Bowman, said: “We are appealing to the public for any information they may have, which could help us find Jack.
