City on Lock down following Police Incident
Hampshire Police are dealing with an incident in the city centre of Portsmouth this evening. Lake Road has been completely cordoned-off by officers and they are asking both pedestrians and road users to avoid the area. The cordon was put in place just after 9pm. Local residents have claimed that a man has been stabbed and a number of men have been seen running off. Officers at the scene are unable to confirm the nature of the incident at this time.
