In a tragic incident marred by violence, a 46-year-old man has lost his life, and several others have been left injured after a car ploughed into a crowd of people in Sheffield. Detectives have launched a murder investigation into the incident, which unfolded while police were already responding to a call in the Burngreave area of Sheffield.
According to South Yorkshire Police, a 23-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder, while a 55-year-old man is in custody on suspicion of attempted murder. The shocking incident occurred on College Close in Burngreave, where officers had been summoned in response to reports of violence and disorder.
