Drama on Spray Street yesterday afternoon as a 57-year-old man was found injured, with wounds to his left arm and head. The victim was rushed to the hospital, but thankfully, his injuries are not life-threatening.

What Happened?

Police were called to Spray Street, Woolwich, at around 1pm on March 5 following reports of a stabbing. Officers discovered the man injured and immediately called the London Ambulance Service, who treated him at the scene before taking him to hospital.

No Arrests Yet – Police Urge Public to Come Forward

The Met Police confirmed no arrests have been made and urged anyone with information to get in touch. A spokesperson said:

“Around 13:00hrs on Thursday, 5 March, officers attended Spray Street, Woolwich following reports of a stabbing. A 57-year-old man was treated at the scene by the London Ambulance Service for injuries to his left arm and head. He was taken to hospital, where his injuries were assessed as non-life-threatening. No arrests have been made, and officers are making urgent enquiries. Anybody who witnessed the incident or who has information, is urged to call 101, quoting reference 3568/05MAR.”
