Elderly Couple Brutally Attacked in Dockenfield Home Invasion

Police hunt thief after terrifying raid on pensioners in the early hours of May 14. At around 1am, a masked man forced his way into a Dockenfield home.

Violent Raid Leaves Couple Hospitalised

The thug punched the woman, in her 70s, square in the face. He then bludgeoned the man, in his 80s, with a crowbar before demanding cash from their safe. He fled with a haul of cash, including euros.

The couple were rushed to Frimley Park Hospital with injuries but have since been discharged.

Suspect Description and Police Appeal

  • White male, early 20s
  • Height between 5’8” and 6’
  • Face covered and wearing gloves
  • Reportedly well-spoken

Detective Sergeant Louise Mills said: “This was a particularly nasty attack against an elderly couple in their own home. I would like to hear from anyone who may have seen somebody matching the description of the suspect in Dockenfield around the time of the incident.”
