The Major Investigation Team of the Police Service of Northern Ireland has commenced a murder investigation after a fatal shooting incident in west Belfast. Kevin Conway, a 26-year-old individual, lost his life in his Greenan residence on Tuesday night at approximately 9.30pm
Detective Inspector Gina Quinn, leading the investigation, expressed the solemnity of the situation, stating, “Kevin, a father, son, and brother, was brutally murdered in his own residence. Shot multiple times, he was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. My thoughts are with Kevin’s family and loved ones grappling with this loss, and the wider community remains in shock.”
