Police are scrambling to find a man after a teenage girl was sexually assaulted right in the heart of Andover’s city centre.
Attack Shocks Local Community
The victim, an 18-year-old woman, was inappropriately touched and subjected to unwanted advances on West Street at around 4pm on October 23.
Police Release Image of Suspect
Hampshire Police have issued a photo of a man they urgently want to question. He’s described as white, 6ft 2in tall, aged between 30 and 40, with a skinny build, dark brown hair, and a moustache.
In the image, the suspect wears a dark puffer jacket, jeans, a red and white cap, and sunglasses.
Appeal for Information
“We believe the man in this image can help us with our investigation and would urge him, or anyone who knows his identity, to get in touch with us,” said police.
