Matthew Bradshaw, 30, was slammed with a 25-year extended sentence at Leeds Crown Court yesterday for sickening sexual offences against children. The Armley man admitted to a string of brutal crimes, including sexually assaulting a toddler and creating a stash of indecent images.
Leeds Detectives Crack Down on Pervert
Bradshaw first came under police scrutiny after his 2021 conviction for sexually assaulting a two-year-old girl. Placed on the Sex Offenders’ Register and slapped with a community order, officers seized his devices. Their checks uncovered indecent photos and sparked a deeper probe that found Bradshaw had targeted two other victims, committing further vile acts.

Detective Sergeant: ‘Dangerous Predator Now Behind Bars’
“These were really heinous crimes done against young children,” said Detective Sergeant Claire Salkeld of Leeds District Child Safeguarding Unit. “Matthew Bradshaw was already on the Sex Offenders’ Register, and these charges were uncovered through investigations into his online activity. “Thanks to our work, we identified and protected his victims and supported their families through an unimaginably terrible ordeal. “This sentence ensures a dangerous sexual predator is now off the streets and behind bars.”
