Community police team lock up cocaine dealer in Tonbridge

Twenty wraps of suspected class A drugs were seized after Kent Police officers stopped a car in Tonbridge. Patrols from the Community Policing Team stopped the driver of a car in Quarry Hill at around 6pm on Friday 15 November 2019. The drugs, believed to be cocaine, along with cash, mobile phones and a knuckle duster were recovered and a 52-year-old man was arrested at the scene. A quantity of cannabis and a set of weighing scales were also found by officers who searched a property in Southborough as part of the investigation. The man arrested has been released from custody pending further investigation.
