Gardaí from the Dublin Crime Response Team (DCRT) have seized an estimated €350,000 worth of drugs during a major search operation in Stirling, Co. Meath, as part of an ongoing investigation targeting a criminal group based in West Dublin.

Four men were arrested at the scene and are currently being detained under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act, 1996. They can be held for up to seven days while further investigations are conducted.
A Garda spokesperson said:
“This seizure marks a significant development in our efforts to disrupt the supply and distribution of illegal drugs by organised criminal groups operating in the Dublin region. We will continue to pursue those involved in the trafficking of controlled substances and bring them to justice.”
Investigations are ongoing, and further updates are expected in due course.
Anyone with information related to drug activity is urged to contact Gardaí confidentially via the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111.
