Fire Service Enter Portsmouth Tower Block with High Court Warrant

Last night at 11pm Hampshire Fire and Rescue and police entered Windsor House in Canal Walk in Portsmouth with a High Court warrant to install fire alarms in each flat as the whole building had no core system. This is the same block that went up in flames in 2014. They left the notice down stairs stating all flats are prohibited from use until a fire warning system is installed! More to Follow
