A 35-year-old Ghanaian man wanted by London cops on child rape charges has been caught at Washington Dulles International Airport.
Dunyo Detained After Flying from Frankfurt
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers detained Kwaku Dunyo after he landed from Frankfurt, Germany. Dunyo faces accusing of raping a 16-year-old on November 21.
London Police Track Suspect to US, Coordinate Arrest
The London Metropolitan Police discovered Dunyo was en route to Dulles during their hunt. They alerted U.S. Homeland Security, who intercepted him upon arrival.
Authorities confirmed Dunyo’s identity in an inspection zone, refused him entry into the U.S., then promptly flew him back to London for arrest.
