A man in his twenties was rushed to the hospital following a stabbing incident in Woolwich, South East London. The attack occurred on Powis Street shortly before 6:40 PM today, July 26.
Responding to the emergency, Metropolitan Police Officer Charged with Multiple Sexual Offences in Surrey" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-wpil-monitor-id="41467">officers from the Metropolitan Police and crews from the London Ambulance Service found the young man suffering from stab wounds. He was immediately taken to a local hospital where his injuries were deemed non-life-threatening.

As of now, no arrests have been made in connection with the stabbing. Police are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson stated: “Police were called to Powis Street, SE18, at 18:37 hrs on Friday, 26 July to reports of a stabbing. A man in his 20s was found with stab wounds. He has been taken to hospital, his condition has been assessed as non-life-threatening. There have been no arrests. Enquiries are ongoing.”
The police are urging anyone with information about the incident to come forward to assist with their ongoing enquiries.
