Man in His 20s Stabbed in Woolwich Street Attack
A man in his twenties was rushed to hospital after a stabbing on Powis Street, Woolwich, South East London. The violent incident happened just before 6:40 PM on Friday, July 26.
Emergency Crews Rush Victim to Hospital
Officers from the Metropolitan Police and London Ambulance Service were quick to respond. They found the young man with stab wounds and took him to a nearby hospital. Thankfully, his injuries are not life-threatening.
No Arrests Yet as Police Probe Continues
So far, no arrests have been made in connection with the stabbing. Police are working hard to piece together what happened and are actively investigating the case.
Police Urge Witnesses to Speak Up
A Met Police spokesperson said,
“Police were called to Powis Street, SE18, at 18:37 hrs on Friday, 26 July following reports of a stabbing. A man in his 20s was found with stab wounds and taken to hospital. His condition is non-life-threatening. There have been no arrests. Enquiries are ongoing.”
Authorities are urging anyone with information about the incident to come forward and help with the investigation.
