A 19-year-old teen is fighting for his life in hospital after a brutal stabbing in New Cross on Tuesday night.

The horrific attack happened at 9.50pm on December 9 at Clifton Rise. The young victim was treated at the scene before being rushed to hospital, where he remains in a critical condition.

 

Police Launch Urgent Hunt, No Arrests Yet

Despite a full-day cordon across Clifton Rise, Fordham Park, and Achilles Street on December 19, cops have yet to make any arrests. Metropolitan Police say urgent enquiries are ongoing as they piece together what happened.

“Around 21:50hrs on Tuesday, 9 November, officers attended Clifton Rise, New Cross, following reports of a stabbing,” a Met Police spokesperson said.

“A 19-year-old man was treated at the scene for stab wounds. He was taken to hospital, where he remains in life-threatening condition. No arrests have been made, and police are making urgent enquiries.”
