A spokesperson for British Transport Police" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked" data-wpil-monitor-id="131378">British Transport Police said: Officers were called to Syon station at 7.23pm yesterday (27 November) following reports of a casualty on the tracks.
Paramedics also attended, and a person was taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries which were not deemed to be life-threatening or life-changing.
The incident is not being treated as suspicious.
