Person Hit by Train at West London Station

Emergency services were scrambled to Syon Lane station in Isleworth, West London, after a person was struck by a train on Sunday evening. The incident happened just after 7.20pm, causing major disruption to services running through the station.

Services Suspended as Investigation Underway

Officers from the Met Police and British Transport Police rushed to the scene alongside paramedics and HEMS doctors. The railway line was immediately closed for investigation and emergency treatment.

Victim Taken to Hospital – Condition Not Life-Threatening

A British Transport Police spokesperson said: “Officers were called to Syon station at 7.23pm following reports of a casualty on the tracks. Paramedics attended and the person was taken to hospital for treatment of injuries which were not deemed to be life-threatening or life-changing. The incident is not being treated as suspicious.”
