Khaled Hajsaad, 24 of Birmingham has been charged with wearing an item of clothing or wearing, carrying or displaying an article that arouses suspicion that he is a member or supporter of a proscribed organisation, contrary to section 13 of the Terrorism Act 2000.
He has been bailed to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, 17 January.
