Laurie John-Phillip, 32, of Enfield, has been charged with murder and having a bladed article in her possession.
On Monday, June 6, he will appear at Barkingside Magistrates Court.
On Friday, 3 June, around 12.10am police were called to Chigwell Road in Woodford Green.
Officers and the London Ambulance Service arrived to find Mr Jackson, 39, of Hackney, suffering from stab wounds.
Despite the best efforts of emergency personnel, he was declared dead at the scene.
His family has been notified, and they are being assisted by specialist officers.
Laurie John-Phillips was arrested on suspicion of murder on Saturday, June 4 and charged accordingly.
