A man has been convicted of assaulting a woman in St Lawrence, Isle of Wight

Douglas Knight, 29, approached the woman while she was walking her dog in Charles Wood along Undercliff Road around 9.30 a.m. on December 22, 2021.

Knight had passed the woman before turning to pursue her. As he approached her, he began to pet her dog and chat with her before she resumed her walk.
