A suspected burglar has been charged after two businesses were broken into in Faversham – UKNIP

Lee Cooper, 48, of Abbey Fields, Faversham, has been charged with four counts of burglary following three break-ins at Tesco in Crescent Road and a burglary at another business in West Street.

The incidents were reported to have happened between Tuesday 30 May and Saturday 1 July.

Mr Cooper was arrested on Thursday 13 July and later charged. He appeared at Medway Magistrates’ Court on Saturday 15 July where he was bailed with conditions. He is due to appear at the same court on Wednesday 27 September.
