Although formal identification awaits, the victim is believed to be 25-year-old Kennedi Westcarr-Sabaroche. She was found inside her car on the morning of Saturday, 6 April.
Kennedi’s family have been informed and a post-mortem examination will commence on the afternoon of Monday, 8 April.
Gogoa Tape, 27 of Marsworth House E2 was arrested on 6 April. He was charged on Sunday, 7 April, with Kennedi’s murder.
Tape will appear in custody on Monday, 8 April, at Thames Magistrates’ Court.
