Jailed for Breaking Phone Ban
Daniel Davis appeared before Salisbury magistrates on 30 September and was sentenced for breaching his Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO). The court heard he was caught with a mobile phone that had a camera — strictly forbidden under his order.
Investigation Ongoing
His Breachbreach was uncovered during separate investigations that are still ongoing. Wiltshire Police are Keepingkeeping close tabs as they pursue further leads.
Police Respond to Community Concern
Sgt Gemma Rutter said: “I’m aware of the community concern relating to this person and I hope that the fact that he has been jailed following a breach of his Sexual Harm Prevention Order will reassure the public that we will act swiftly and robustly to bring such offenders to justice.”
