Teenager Stabbed in Brighton Altercation as Police Launch Investigation

Emergency services rushed to North Street, Brighton, yesterday evening following reports of an altercation that resulted in a teenager being stabbed.
A spokesperson for Sussex Police" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked" data-wpil-monitor-id="16847">Sussex Police said:

“Further CCTV and witness enquiries are ongoing to establish the circumstances, and anyone with information is asked to contact police. You can make a report online, or by calling 101 quoting reference 1035 of 11/02. There will be increased patrols in the area to provide reassurance.”

South East Coast Ambulance Service (SECAmb) also attended the scene. A spokesperson told Sussex News:

“We attended the scene following reports of a person with a leg injury. The person was assessed and treated before being taken to hospital.”
