A 35-year-old man has been charged with multiple drug supply offences after a significant police operation in Rookley. On Thursday, 12 September, officers executed a drugs warrant at an address on Harts Lane, seizing a large quantity of suspected Class A and B drugs, along with cash and drug paraphernalia.
The following day, a 24-year-old woman from Shanklin was arrested on suspicion of conspiring to supply cocaine, possession of cannabis, and possession of criminal property. She has been bailed with conditions until 13 December.
The investigation remains ongoing, and authorities have commended the public for their assistance in this matter.
