We were called to the Ramsbury Avenue area of Penhill shortly after 5.30pm on the 18th MArch 2022 following a report that a man had sustained a leg injury during an assault. The man has been taken to the Great Western Hospital by ambulance. A male has been arrested in connection with the incident and is currently being conveyed to custody. Enquiries are currently ongoing and there will be an increased police presence in the area this evening. Anyone with information should call 101 and quote log number 241.
