Police charged Man following Portsmouth Assault
Officers investigating an assault which took place just after 5.30pm on Sunday 1 April at the junction of New Road and Lynn Road in Fratton, have charged a man. Ben David McCreadie, 27, of New Road, Fratton, Portsmouth has been charged with Section 20 grievous bodily harm. He will appear at Portsmouth Magistrates Court tomorrow morning (Wednesday 4 April). Officers continue to appeal for information and are asking anyone who witnessed the incident to contact police on 101 quoting Operation Grow.
