Around 6.42pm this evening, Sussex Police Officers responded to a report of a serious assault in the vicinity of Whitehawk Way, Brighton. A man sustained a head injury in the incident and was promptly taken to the hospital for treatment.
Sussex police have issued an appeal, “Our enquiries are ongoing and the public can expect to see a heightened police presence in the area in the meantime.” Authorities are actively investigating the assault and are appealing to the public for assistance.
