A man from Rowley Regis has been locked up for a string of shocking sexual offences. Officers have hailed the courage of his victims—a woman and a young girl—who came forward to bring him to justice.
Allegations Surface from Years Ago
Back in June 2021, police were alerted to disturbing claims against James Fletcher, going back several years.
After questioning Fletcher, detectives uncovered a disturbing pattern of sexual abuse targeting two people he knew personally.
Fletcher Admits to Rape and Sexual Assault
Fletcher, from Canterbury Close, was arrested and charged with multiple sexual offences. The case proceeded to Wolverhampton Crown Court.
