A sex offender from Whitstable, Graham Kemp, will serve an extended prison term after a new investigation revealed crimes dating back almost sixty years.
In May 2022, while already incarcerated, Graham Kemp, formerly residing on Gosselin Street in Whitstable, faced six new charges of indecent assault, one count of unlawful sex with a girl under 13 years old, and one count of rape.
