West Mercia Police are urgently appealing for witnesses after a deadly crash in Belbroughton yesterday afternoon.
Deadly Smash at Quantry Lane Junction
A white Citroen C3 and a red Honda Jazz collided at around 4:50pm on Sunday, 7 December, at the junction of Quantry Lane and Heath End Road.
Tragically, a woman in her 70s, who was a passenger in one of the cars, was pronounced dead at the scene despite emergency crews’ efforts.
Another man was rushed to Queen Elizabeth Hospital with serious injuries.
Driver Arrested Over Fatal Collision
A 29-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, serious injury by dangerous driving, driving under the influence of drugs, and driving while disqualified.

Officers are calling on anyone who saw the crash or has dashcam video around the time to come forward.
