Trial Set for Accused Teen over Brighton Murder

On Friday at Lewes Crown Court, a 16-year-old boy from Southwick faced charges for the murder of a fellow teenager Mustafa Momand the incident occurred in Queens Road Brighton on the 5th of October. The young defendant, whose identity is withheld due to legal protections for minors, is scheduled for a jury trial starting Monday, February 19.
