Tragic Death of Toddler Shakes Woolwich
Woolwich was rocked by tragedy after three-year-old Isiayah Henry was rushed to hospital on 3 January with serious injuries. Despite the heroic efforts of medical staff, little Isiayah sadly passed away on 19 January.
Murder Charges Brought Against Two Suspects
Following a thorough probe by the Met’s Specialist Crime Command, two suspects have been charged. Tanisha Henry, 28, from St Mary’s Street, Woolwich, and Mikael Williams, 30, of Beaconsfield Road, SE17, appeared at Woolwich Crown Court on 20 February.
They face murder charges as well as causing or allowing the death of a child. Their next court date is set for 22 April.
