Pawel Smolinski, 30 , of Cambridge Road, KT8, and Jakub Smolinski, 24, of England Way, KT3, have been charged after a 37-year-old man was found with gunshot wounds in Church Street, Croydon, at 20.50hrs on Saturday, 13 March. The 37-year-old man remains in hospital in a critical condition. The two men charged appeared at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 15 March and were remanded in custody. They are next due to appear at Croydon Crown Court on 12 April.
