Police are appealing for witnesses after an injured woman was found in a park in Haywards Heath on Sunday (November 27).
A woman in her 20s was found with a head injury in Victoria Park near South Road at around 9.30pm.
She has been treated in hospital but her injuries are not considered to be life-threatening.
An investigation is underway to establish the exact circumstances of the situation.
Anybody who witnessed anything suspicious around the area at that time is asked to contact Sussex Police online or via 101, quoting serial 1171 of 27/11.
