Armed police deployed to Lymington following stabbing
Officers were called at 6.12pm on Saturday 9 March to a report of man having been attacked with a knife at a home in Lower Buckland Road in Lymington. Armed officers deployed to the area and with the assistance of a police helicopter and dog unit carried out a search. Officers located and arrested a 39-year-old man from Pennington just after 7pm. A man from Lymington is being treated for wounds to his head. His injuries are not considered serious.
