Knife-Wielding Robber on the Loose in Horsham
Police have issued an e-fit of a man wanted for a knife-point robbery in Horsham. The chilling incident happened around 1am on Wednesday 15 May.
Victim Held Up at Cash Machine
Officers were flagged down by a victim who said he was robbed near a cash machine in Carfax. The suspect demanded money, and when refused, followed the man to his car brandishing a knife.
The victim threw some cash on the ground to calm the attacker, who then fled on a mountain bike described as very new with a white frame. Despite a police search, the crook disappeared without a trace.
Suspect Description Released
- White male, aged 18-20
- Slim build, about 5’7” tall
- Very dark, curly hair over ears
- Well spoken
- Wearing a dark beanie hat
- Cream/white zip-up jacket with dark raised collar and hood
