Police surround House on Newport Estate

Officers from Hampshire Police have surrounded a property on an Isle of Wight Housing estate this morning. Police descended on to Highfield Road in Pan Estate shortly after 9am. _psEmbed(“https://uknip.photoshelter.com”); A police van contained the bottom of the road whilst officers from the Armed Roads Policing unit and a dog handler along with other officers surrounded a property in the high 30’s. A man in his twenties has been arrested by officers and led away into a Police van. Officers have also removed an green Ford Focus from the road that has no insurance. Hampshire Constabulary have confirmed that a 24-year-old man from Ryde has even arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving.
