An 18-year-old man has been arrested following a police response to reports of a group of men seen with knives in Amhurst Park, N16.
The Metropolitan Police confirmed that officers were called at approximately 4:50pm on Sunday, June 8, after receiving multiple reports of the group armed with blades in the residential area.
“At around 4.50pm on Sunday, 8 June, officers were called to Amhurst Park, N16 to reports of a group of men with knives.
Officers attended to pursue the group, alongside officers from British Transport Police.
An 18-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of violent disorder, possession of an offensive weapon and theft of a motor vehicle.
There have been no injuries reported.
