On Friday, November 3, 2023, at around 9pm Kent Fire and Rescue Service responded to reports of a caravan engulfed in flames at Longfield Hill in Longfield. The incident prompted the dispatch of two fire engines to the scene, equipped with firefighting main jet hoses to tackle the blaze.
Firefighters promptly took action, utilizing hose reel jets to extinguish the fire and prevent its spread to nearby areas. Fortunately, no injuries have been reported in connection with this incident.
