Brunel University Stabbing: Man’s Injuries Not Life-Threatening, Police Confirm

A man who was stabbed on the Brunel University campus in Uxbridge is recovering in hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, the Metropolitan Police confirmed today (May 22).
Met officers and the London Ambulance Service attended the scene and treated a man for stab injuries before taking him to hospital. His injuries are non-life threatening.

At this early stage, no arrests have been made and an investigation has been launched. Officers believe that this was an isolated incident, and there is no further threat to the wider community.”

Brunel University Response and Increased Patrols

Brunel University has confirmed that on-site security and staff are assisting the investigation. To reassure students and staff, increased patrols were carried out overnight across the Uxbridge campus.

A university spokesperson said:

“We are aware of an incident on campus. Our security team is working closely with police, and we are providing support for anyone affected. We will issue further updates as appropriate.”

Police are urging anyone with information to come forward to assist the ongoing investigation.
